We thank you in advance and look forward to showcasing our agricultural lifestyle with your assistance!Dinner Set Up (2:00pm - 4:00pm) -need 10 - 12 people Physical position with some heavy lifting, wear comfortable clothing to work inSet up fencing - cattle panels and gates on north and south side with emergency exits clearly marked - white panel fencing mid street of main street Confirm Portapotties are installed (rear of Okoppe park) Set up Signature Chef area- tables, camp chef stoves, etc. Set up food prep tables in restaurant Set up tables and chairs on main street Decorate tables (linens, centrepieces, charger plates, plates, glasses, cutlery, napkins, menu's, gift items) Set up entrance/ drink tickets table and decorate Set up bar serving area Set up market tables and dance areaDinner Service (5:30pm - 9:00pm) - need 8 - 10 people Walking position- White dress shirt with dark coloured jeans requested, comfortable shoes required, dinner will be includedPlated service to 130 guests- 3 courses - serve guests from the right side only Serve 2 plates at a time to decrease length of service Plated service to market vendors & bar and ticket volunteers Remove plates from table once course is complete- do not touch anything you are not removing from the table Remove all remaining tableware from in front of guest once dessert has been completedDishwashers (4:30pm - 7:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:30pm) - need 2 shifts, 3 people each Standing position with bending and hot water, wear comfortable clothing, dinner will be includedRinse and/or scrub dishes as required in preparation of loading in dishwasher Load dish racks and prepare for loading in dishwasher Air dry dishes and once dry, return to proper rental carriers for next service or return Wash all cookware Assist with kitchen clean upBar Service (3:30pm - 8:00pm and 8:00pm - 10:30pm) - need 2 - 4 people each Standing position- Proserve required, White dress shirt with dark coloured jeans requested, dinner will be includedAccept tickets and serve alcoholic beverages to guests (some cocktails will require preparation) Keep watch on guests for issues that may arise such as over consumption, arguments, drinking and driving, etc. Communicate with other security members if issues arise Clean up bar area following service- last call at 10:00pmDinner & Dance Tear Down (9:00pm - 11:00pm) - need 10 - 12 people Physical position with some heavy lifting, pick up trucks and trailer hitches could be of assistanceRemove all remaining dinnerware from tables for washing Remove all garbage from tables Remove linens and decorations from tables Tear down tables and chairs and re-stack in rental trailer Assist with repacking all rental items Assist with restaurant clean up and return to original state Assist with picnic table tear down and re-stack on trailer Assist band with tear down (if required) Tear down fencing and re-stack on trailer Assist with return of rental items if requiredSecurity (4:00pm - 8:00pm and 8:00pm - 11:00pm) - need 1 per 50 guests plus each entrance/exit (approx. 5 - 6 people) 25% ProServe required/ ProTect preferred- no drinking permitted, dinner may be included depending on shiftRemove all garbage and drink ware from tables throughout the evening Keep watch on guests for issues that may arise including over-consumption, impaired driving, etc. Keep watch on all entrances and exits- sidewalk access to remain open to the public as other local restaurants/businesses will remain open Communicate with other security members if issues arise
