Career Assistance Network (CAN)
We offer free employment services through our Rural Transition to Employment Services and Workplace Training program within Stettler. This program allows individuals to work with our employment specialists one-on-one for up to 12 weeks or receive a paid work experience opportunity for up to 26 weeks. We will be in the community accepting walk-in or booked appointments every other Monday at the McMan office in Stettler from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Clearview Public Schools
Clearview Public Schools (Clearview School Division #71) is a public education system offering a comprehensive range of programs to serve the learning needs of approximately 2,500 Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 students in and around the communities of Big Valley, Botha, Brownfield, Byemoor, Castor, Coronation, Donalda, Erskine, and Stettler. Clearview supports student learning at 20 school sites, including eight schools on Hutterite colonies. Alternate secondary education is provided through an Outreach School in Stettler and within outreach programs through Coronation School and Gus Wetter School (in Castor). Clearview also provides comprehensive Special Education services.

Heartland Youth Center
The Heartland Youth Center is a non-profit, charitable organization made up of the Stettler Boys and Girls Club and the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Stettler. Together under one Board of Directors, the Heartland Youth Center endeavors to develop and nurture the life skills of youth through community based programming with the support of families and volunteers. Annually we offer over 20 programs to approximately 275 youth ages 6 – 18 years old in the Stettler and surrounding areas.

The Stettler Adult Learning Council Community Adult Learning Program (CALP) provides: Learner Advising & Support, Knowledgeable Referrals, Adult Literacy and Foundational Learning, English as a Second Language (ESL or ELL), Workplace Readiness Programs, General Education Diploma (GED) Preparation and Testing, Post-Secondary Information, Staff Training Courses for Businesses, Family Early Literacy Programs and Community Interest Programs. Through our partnership with Campus Alberta Central we are able to offer post-secondary programs through accredited institutions, making it possible for students to take advanced education in their own community.
Stettler Little Steps Pre-Kindergarten

An early learning based program that focuses on play and socialization appropriate for ages 3 – 5. Little Steps runs separate 3 and 4 year old classes to maintain age appropriate learning. We offer PUF programs and accept subsidized payments should you qualify. We utilize the Handwriting Without Tears curriculum in our classes.

This organization provides an opportunity for private speech therapy options.
